Sapor is a project of food design.
Sapor is the latin name for taste. The purpose of the project was to qualify a territory through a food design concept. It is composed of six different products which are ispired by textures, images, flavours and smells of the Flegrean (the northen area of Naples) Cousine.
The design process has been constructed on two layers. The first of analysis and the second of designing. It has been analyzed all the constant characteristics in cousine, landscape, tradition and culture of the area. After that, these date have been transformed in project signs which are the six products of food design.
(I decided to leave this project in italian language beacuse the traslation in english would probably change some significants.
